History
ORTECH Designing Agency was born as a cooperative in 1988. It was created by design engineers working for heavy chemical industry in state-owned plants.
Since 1993 the Agency has been a private enterprise.
Who we are
The ORTECH Designing Agency has been on the market since 1988. We offer industrial design and engineering services both with regard to new investment as well as the modernization of existing industrial plants. We have a permanent designer team working in all areas and our own office building. We can guarantee that the Agency is not a one-time venture and it will not disappear after completing a project.

Based on our experience, our offer consists of:
- Development of complete plans of industrial plants.
- Development of full-range plans of warehouses and logistics centres.
- Development of plant modernization drawings to adjust existing plants to the requirements of EU directives considering HCCP and fire safety rules.

- Development of plans of large-scale commercial facilities.
- Development and organization of the investment process –construction engineer performing core functions.
- Development of applications and motions, and, in the further course, the obtaining of decisions and licenses related to the investment process implementation of technical opinions and analyses.

Experience
In the past ten years, we have designed and performed works on several projects with high complexity levels and very strict quality requirements. Our designs were approved by international groups of companies and they met the requirements of both Polish and European Standards.
We take pride in having designed and erected numerous industrial facilities of varied functionalities from industrial plants, stores, warehouses to office buildings and technological facilities/objects.
Moreover, the agency is ready to perform analyses and technical opinions for the needs of large-scale structure design and construction, both commercial and industrial.
Cooperation
In consideration of the requirements resulting from the need to maintain the right environmental protection conditions, occupational health and safety, and fire safety, we have employed experts on fire precautions, environmental protection, and occupational health and safety. This kind of approach to these matters guarantees that the completed projects will be approved by the state supervision authorities and by insurance companies.
